This design service unfolds across four carefully structured phases — each designed to guide you smoothly from concept to completion.
What to expect:
1.Initial consultation:
Your bespoke design journey begins with a detailed consultation to explore your aesthetic vision, practical needs, and lifestyle. I’ll take time to understand how your home needs to function — not only how you want it to look, but how you want it to feel.
2. Project brief:
Following our meeting, you’ll receive a tailored Project Brief and Fee Proposal that outlines:
Agreed scope of work
Spatial and stylistic requirements
Projected budget and timescales
Once approved, we move confidently into the creative phase.
3. Concept Design
This is where your ideas start to take shape. After revisiting your home for detailed measurements (if required) I begin developing the creative direction — establishing the visual and emotional foundation of your new space.
This stage includes:
Mood boards and colour scheme
Curated samples of proposed materials and finishes
Initial space planning (2D and 3D)
Researching creative solutions and design direction
Liaison with architect (if required)
One revision round
I present the conceptual design to you and if you’re happy with the look and feel, we progress to design development.
4.Design Development
Here, we move from concept to precision. I specify exact dimensions, colours, fabrics materials and finishes. I also may produce detailed technical drawings for bespoke joinery. I source and specify furniture, lighting, soft furnishings (FFE) and receive detailed costings
This stage includes:
Advance the conceptual design.
Bespoke joinery design.
Develop detailed proposals and FFE specifications.
Technical plans / drawings (eg, lighting and electrical plans).
Liaison with joiner, trades and bespoke suppliers, eg, window treatment supplier.
Handover of detailed design documents with implementation report
Optional procurement service for additional fee
If you choose full procurement support, I can manage all orders, storage, delivery, and installation — passing on any trade discounts in full.

Starts at £2,000 dependent on complexity of renovation plans, room type and amount of furniture/sourcing.
