    Your design journey begins with a short meeting at the property to understand the scope of your project, your priorities, timeline and budget. This initial visit allows us to discuss your ideas, assess the space and determine how I can best support your project.

    Following the visit, you will receive a tailored fee proposal outlining the recommended scope of work and design services.

    2.Consultation - Site Survey - Project brief:

    This phase establishes a clear understanding of your home, lifestyle and project goals.

    Through an in-depth consultation and site survey, we define how the space should function, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, design preferences, spatial requirements, lighting, storage needs, and any challenges you may have.

    Following our consultation, a detailed design brief is prepared, summarising the design direction and requirements.

    4.Design Development

    The approved concept is refined and developed into a fully resolved interior design scheme.

    6.FF&E & Installation Support

    This phase supports the delivery of the design during construction. It provides design oversight to ensure the project aligns with the design intent.

    • Issuing the construction drawing package to contractors and specialists

    • Responding to contractor queries during the build

    • Reviewing samples and shop drawings to ensure they align with the design intent

    • Site visits during construction (number to be agreed)

    • Liaising with contractors

    • Procurement and ordering of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) if included

    • Coordination of FF&E delivery and installation

    • Final styling and finishing touches once installation is complete

    7.Handover & Completion

    This final phase ensures the completed project reflects the approved design and supports a smooth transition into your finished home.

    • Written snagging list relating to the interior design scope

    • Inventory of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment)

    • Handover of warranties, manuals and maintenance information

    For full renovations or extensions that require concept design, detailed drawings, and specifications for trades, fees are quoted individually and typically start from £2,700 per room.
