My approach blends thoughtful interior design with the practical expertise required for a successful renovation.     Through an in-depth consultation and site survey, we define how the space should function, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, design preferences, spatial requirements, lighting, storage needs, and any challenges you may have.

    Following our consultation, a detailed design brief is prepared, summarising the design direction and requirements.

  • This is where ideas start to take shape and the overall design vision is created.

    The aim is to establish the creative direction before moving into more detailed development.

  • The approved design is translated into detailed technical drawings and documentation suitable for contractor pricing and construction.

  • This phase supports the delivery of the design during construction. It provides design oversight to ensure the project aligns with the design intent.

    • Issuing the construction drawing package to contractors and specialists

    • Responding to contractor queries during the build

    • Reviewing samples and shop drawings to ensure they align with the design intent

    • Site visits during construction (number to be agreed)

    • Liaising with contractors

    • Procurement and ordering of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) if included

    • Coordination of FF&E delivery and installation

    • Final styling and finishing touches once installation is complete
